Johnny A Deleon lll #14

This is my oldest boy Juan Antonio De Leon III. He lives with his mom I see him every other weekend I pray everything I have taught him stays with him when he leaves and goes back to his home. He finished first place this year but also chose not to play on the all star team. He was not doing so good in school but I can only do so much if his mother doesn't care enough about his grades what can I do, I just pray for him that is what I can do pray for him. I Love him but I feel so far away from him. He is A teenager this year he turned 13 wow. He is in middle school going to 8Th grade i hope. He is getting so big. I pray every time he goes to church he takes something home with him in his heart.

Micheal A. Deleon #13

This is my baby Mikey he was born June 29, 1996 it is almost his birthday he is getting so big they grow up so fast that is so original but true were does the time go. He plays lots of sports baseball, basketball, football he is so active which is good. But with all that he knows where his daddys priorities are at. He plays sports but Jesus comes first always I may fail my son at thing but I pray i can teach him that sport come and go but Jesus is forever. He is a christian before sports I love sport to watch them that is. Mike Has been elected to be an all-star player for 3 years now but he doesn't get to play because all-star player teams travel across Texas and they play on Sundays. He has learned to understand that he can't play after regular season is over. But that never stopped him from doing his best. I love My boys I am hard with them but they know I love them I spoil them when I can but I keep them disciplined as much as I can. I pray they do the right thing when they grow up. I pray they grow up to be great men of God and be used by God and stay in church when they grow up. I try to keep them occupied with God and sports so they don't have the time to get in trouble. But they are boys, boys will be boys.

Big Tree Down

It finally happened my big mesquite tree fell down the sea was angry that day my friend. It rained so hard that day it was flooded all around town. I was afraid the tree might fall on the house. It had been falling for some time it has been uprooting for several months now. My shed is insured believe it or not but it didn't fall on it. I was thinking the tree would mess up my fence, but it didn't Gods hand just placed it down it did fall across the fence but it didn't do nothing to it. I was going to borrow my boss's chainsaw but my friend j said his dad had one so i told my boss i didn't need his. Then when i got to church on Sunday my friend said his dads chainsaw was in pieces well so was mine but we couldn't make one out of the 2 because his was gas and mine was electric .he he. So what was i to do that memorial day weekend. Craftsman Baby. Went to sears that Monday I was off that day. Went to my favorite Store SEARS Baby. Me and David went to get a chainsaw got me a 42cc 18inch saw cuts the tree like if it were butter. It was fun cutting down the tree but it got tiring. My wife and kids were hauling the branches to the alley while i cut man were they tired. I helped only a little but the only thing about the chainsaw is that it gets heavy after a couple of hours of use. Man cutting all that mesquite made me want to have a cook out fajita time. Some babyback ribs. I want my babyback babyback babyback. Get into my belly. Well that is my story of my big tree down. The tree is still there my boss wants it he makes it into wood like 2x4 to build stuff all that is left if the trunk and thick branches which will be cut into foot long pieces for fire wood. Well that is it for today the day is young have a graduation party to go to @ my moms today for a cousin of mine.

My TestImony

My Testimony

Here it goes Back in 1999 I was truck driving for a company on Wilson rd called reveille. The Lord had being dealing with my heart I was searching for something real. I wanted to learn about Jesus I wanted to go to church and when I did go I got nothing out of it I was going to a catholic church here near my house. Never got fed the word of God. Then the Jehovah witnesses started coming around I was lost and so confused then I heard My brother in law Danny who lives in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma got saved that Jesus saved him. I wanted to know what that was but my pride just got in the way. Then He would talk to me on the phone & he told me religion is vain take your bible when you go to church to see if they are preaching the word of God. So I did the priest got all the names mixed up and he was off on the story just talking about Santa Clause it made me sick it made me mad. Then Danny came down to the valley My wife got saved God was really dealing with my heart. Danny came over to witness to me of course my wife had to ask i it was OK because i was being a jerk. He came over witnessed to me gave me the Gospel of Jesus Christ & I YES I Rejected Christ. I cussed him out of my house and he gave me a track of literature saying if you died tonight would you go to heaven. He was so calm and told me "alright Juan I did my part it is up to you where you want to spend eternity. I cussed at him some more I shut the door behind him I believe my wife was in the room praying we were in the dining room. He Left I sat there on our Blue couches with flowers as the design. Just wondering where I would spend eternity. Then I looked at the track he gave me it was yellow with his church name on it. I read it THEN GOD convicted my heart that I was a good for nothing sinner on my way to Hell. Yes folks there is a Hell you can't just believe in Heaven you just want the good stuff But there is a Hell. Then I got on my Knees And Prayed to My LORD Almighty SAVE ME PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO GO TO HELL I KNOW I DESERVE IT BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO THERE I ASKED HIM TO SAVE MY SOUL & JUST LIKE THAT HE DID. THANK YOU JESUS. Then I told my wife she told her brother and he said the angels in heaven are rejoicing, hallelujah. And that was the day I got saved. It was December 24, 1999.

Next Generation

Here is my son Micheal He is the one on the far right in the light green shirt here he
is with his friends @ the Hawks baseball game they beat Weslaco in the finals they might make
it to state championship. I realized that day how sheltered my son is. His friends came and
stood with him there at the game but then they left to go run around and throw the ball behind the bleachers. Me and my wife saw when they left and he just waved @ them as they left.
We just looked @ each other then I called my boy over & told him he could go with his friends but where I could see him & for him not to go out of the park. His eyes just lit up & he said really I told him go. So he ran with his friends. My other boy David he is 3 & always wants to be with Mike but I told David no then of course he cried like usual so he had to stay with us we gave him candy & gum he was alright then. Candy Never leave Home without it. Then I gave Mike $5 to go but David A coke & something for him man $5 buck is nothing but to Mike it is alot he hardly ever gets money from us he is real good about it though he hardly ever asks for money or for anything & when he does it is because he needs it for school or something like that he doesn't get an allowance I would like to give him more but some kids get spoiled like that & don't have respect for money all they know is give me money. Anyways as me and my wife and David are seeing the game we are looking out into the field and we see the boys, Mike & his friends leaning against the rail on the bleachers watching the game and I told my wife man that's the next generation of Hawks. Don't know what else to write but that every picture I take I hope it can tell a story.

Till next time

wallbangers

My family and I went to wallbangers in McAllen on Monday night to eat some good burgers I am still digesting man was it good. We went with J because he is the one that can't live without this restaurant. We had a good time of fellowship. We got home late but it was worth it on the way back I was doing 80 to 90 mph in my wife's little Chevy prism. Man I got J all prayed up he was praying now. j/k. It was night of course and there was a lot of construction so there was a lot of concrete barriers on each side. It reminded me of this show from the 80's called Auto man or Otto man don't remember which any way it brought back some memories of my childhood. We were just cracking up on the way back. It was cool and fun. J can already writes down his own order on the card the girl uses there at wallbanger. There should be some pictures on the blog somewhere. I couldn't put the pictures on because I am a rookie and still learning how to do this.

There I did it cool. Laters

First Day

This is the first day I Blog. Today was a busy day at work seems like summer is coming around. Summer is our peak season at work this is where my boss makes most of his money for the rest of the year. My Best Friend John and his family came over last week. We had a blast at the Island and the fellowship was awesome. His bro jay was with us we had so much fun I didn't want that day to finish so fast but hey time flies when you are having fun. The sea was angry that day my friend. Today I woke up to study the book of Samuel it is so interesting how a mother who had no children and prayed for one not only a child a man child and that if God would give her a man child she would give him to God she weaned him that means until he was able to feed himself and then gave him to the priest to raise him in Gods house. Every year when she would go worship and give a sacrifice she would take him a coat. It was so interesting I forgot about time I was running a little later than usual. But I prayed for everyone i could think of. Pray for my chhurch we are trying to buy a building but only if it is the Lordds will. I love my Pastor and his family they are such a blessing giving up all they had to follow Gods will. Man what a testimony. laters it is getting late.
