My TestImony

My Testimony

Here it goes Back in 1999 I was truck driving for a company on Wilson rd called reveille. The Lord had being dealing with my heart I was searching for something real. I wanted to learn about Jesus I wanted to go to church and when I did go I got nothing out of it I was going to a catholic church here near my house. Never got fed the word of God. Then the Jehovah witnesses started coming around I was lost and so confused then I heard My brother in law Danny who lives in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma got saved that Jesus saved him. I wanted to know what that was but my pride just got in the way. Then He would talk to me on the phone & he told me religion is vain take your bible when you go to church to see if they are preaching the word of God. So I did the priest got all the names mixed up and he was off on the story just talking about Santa Clause it made me sick it made me mad. Then Danny came down to the valley My wife got saved God was really dealing with my heart. Danny came over to witness to me of course my wife had to ask i it was OK because i was being a jerk. He came over witnessed to me gave me the Gospel of Jesus Christ & I YES I Rejected Christ. I cussed him out of my house and he gave me a track of literature saying if you died tonight would you go to heaven. He was so calm and told me "alright Juan I did my part it is up to you where you want to spend eternity. I cussed at him some more I shut the door behind him I believe my wife was in the room praying we were in the dining room. He Left I sat there on our Blue couches with flowers as the design. Just wondering where I would spend eternity. Then I looked at the track he gave me it was yellow with his church name on it. I read it THEN GOD convicted my heart that I was a good for nothing sinner on my way to Hell. Yes folks there is a Hell you can't just believe in Heaven you just want the good stuff But there is a Hell. Then I got on my Knees And Prayed to My LORD Almighty SAVE ME PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO GO TO HELL I KNOW I DESERVE IT BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO THERE I ASKED HIM TO SAVE MY SOUL & JUST LIKE THAT HE DID. THANK YOU JESUS. Then I told my wife she told her brother and he said the angels in heaven are rejoicing, hallelujah. And that was the day I got saved. It was December 24, 1999.

Next Generation

Here is my son Micheal He is the one on the far right in the light green shirt here he
is with his friends @ the Hawks baseball game they beat Weslaco in the finals they might make
it to state championship. I realized that day how sheltered my son is. His friends came and
stood with him there at the game but then they left to go run around and throw the ball behind the bleachers. Me and my wife saw when they left and he just waved @ them as they left.
We just looked @ each other then I called my boy over & told him he could go with his friends but where I could see him & for him not to go out of the park. His eyes just lit up & he said really I told him go. So he ran with his friends. My other boy David he is 3 & always wants to be with Mike but I told David no then of course he cried like usual so he had to stay with us we gave him candy & gum he was alright then. Candy Never leave Home without it. Then I gave Mike $5 to go but David A coke & something for him man $5 buck is nothing but to Mike it is alot he hardly ever gets money from us he is real good about it though he hardly ever asks for money or for anything & when he does it is because he needs it for school or something like that he doesn't get an allowance I would like to give him more but some kids get spoiled like that & don't have respect for money all they know is give me money. Anyways as me and my wife and David are seeing the game we are looking out into the field and we see the boys, Mike & his friends leaning against the rail on the bleachers watching the game and I told my wife man that's the next generation of Hawks. Don't know what else to write but that every picture I take I hope it can tell a story.

Till next time

wallbangers

My family and I went to wallbangers in McAllen on Monday night to eat some good burgers I am still digesting man was it good. We went with J because he is the one that can't live without this restaurant. We had a good time of fellowship. We got home late but it was worth it on the way back I was doing 80 to 90 mph in my wife's little Chevy prism. Man I got J all prayed up he was praying now. j/k. It was night of course and there was a lot of construction so there was a lot of concrete barriers on each side. It reminded me of this show from the 80's called Auto man or Otto man don't remember which any way it brought back some memories of my childhood. We were just cracking up on the way back. It was cool and fun. J can already writes down his own order on the card the girl uses there at wallbanger. There should be some pictures on the blog somewhere. I couldn't put the pictures on because I am a rookie and still learning how to do this.

There I did it cool. Laters
