Well I am in charge sort of, of making a Fall Festival for our church so if you could pray if the LORD will burden you heart for some donations of any sort it will be greatly appreciated. We are making this festival the 24Th of October, so if you can help please do so, some times i feel overwhelmed, but I know HE is able to help, guide, & provide. Here is what is on my list.
Ducks (not real ducks) for Duck Pond, Dunno where to get them.
A pond which i will use a kiddie pool of some sort if you have one great if not the church will have to buy one.
Dixie cups for taste testing the chili for The Men's Chili Contest all men please participate even the teens. Your participation is greatly appreciated
Bean Bags (3) for the Bean bag toss i will have to build something so they can toss it at.
Darts (6) for the dart throwing booth.
Balloons for the dart throwing booth.
Softballs (3) for the softball toss.
Footballs (2) for football toss booth.
Plywood's, also 2 x4's to build the booth.
small tire for football toss.
Sacks (2) for sack race.
ribbons 2 of each 1st, 2ND, & 3rd place for the chili contest & the bake a cake contest for the ladies.
roll of tickets (1) to give to the kids out when they play games to use to put people in the Jail (horse Trailer might be surprises in there, he he). They have to beg people passing by to bail them out whatever someone paid to get you in (in tickets) that is how many tickets you have to beg for, he he.
Make fliers for festival.
Each person involved will have to bring candy for there booths to give out to the kiddos.
Please help me pray everything goes good, & we have a good time, everyone welcome to come.
Whatever we cant supply the church will buy. We are not doing this for money no money will be involved in this. Just good fun I am thinking of taking my round Weber grill & taking the legs off to have like a camp fire to make some SMORES. We will have a Scavenger hunt at 4PM this will kick start the festival. I will also cook some burger & dogs on the grill. Oh & Sis. Kim will be getting us our T-Shirts for all those involved. Gonna be fun so please really pray about this, Thanks.

You can get rubber ducks like at Wal*Mart or dollar store!! They should have stuff like that!!!

K, folks here it goes we got all the stands Thanks to Brother Wally Mendez building them.
J, got the balloons & thumb tacks for the dart game, the church got the darts. J also supplied the basket ball game for 2, which Bro. Wally will be running.
Sis. Lola said she would get the tickets, which will be used for the cake walk & food & jail bail out.
Bro. Wally will be running the scavenger hunt which he will need volunteers that have a vehicle, & can drive the kids around
Sis. Kim will be running the duck pond, which Sis Debbie will be supplying the kiddie pool, oh and the ducks will be provided, by Peter Piper Pizza, as my wife went by to see if they would sell her some, but they wouldn't, they said they would donate them, soooo cool. I will be putting my air compressor with a tube to keep the ducks spinning, he he.
Bean Bags still needed my wife said she would make them, but she is kind of busy, & hasn't had a chance to make them, hint hint, Bean bag toss was also built by Bro. Wally, which Adri will be running that stand. All people running stands will need to provide their own candy please, & if they want to give a special prize they are welcomed too.
We also have a game of eating donuts on a string very messy, but very tasty, this booth will be run by Sis. April. She is providing the donuts. They will play races against other people.
Sis. Eva will be running the football toss, which again Bro. Wally Mendez also built. Bro. J, & Bro. Mike Deleon are providing the footballs.
Bro. Tony Garcia will be running the softball toss, Which I forgot to mention Bro. Tony has been helping Bro. Wally built all the stands, also Bro. Tony provided all the lumber. Amen Amen.
Bro. Tim will be supplying the Trailer, (a.k.a. JAIL), he will also be running the jail.
Sis. Lucy will be running the Sack race, with the help of Sis. Debbie sacks for the race were provided Port Isabel Dental Associates where digiSal works, just a blessing isn't it. Isn't my LORD JESUS CHRIST so Wonderful.
My wife will be running the the food department with Bro. & Sis O'Donnell.
Sorry Sis. Bernadine will be helping Sis. Lucy with the sack races, Sis. Debbie will be helping Sis. Eva with the football toss.
i will be cooking of course. then setting up the cake walk, err musical chair game with a cake as a reward, & other prizes i have to ask my boss to donate, hehe. My bosses will be providing the moving blankets, from Jones Moving & Storage to stop the footballs, & the softball from going everywhere. My boss also lend me some fence poles with a bucket of cement to set up barriers, also some cones to set up the track for the sack races.

Got 2 more games a Bozo Game that Lucy came up with that I have to ask Sister Lola (Vanessa) if she could run it, also a bobbing for apples I will ask Sister Eva to run that one. Soooo excited about this.
Laura Laiklam also is making all the posters for each game stand, she volunteered all on her own, bless her heart.
