This is a picture of Lenoir, NC, I don't know if you ever heard of it, This place looks really nice. Well I am confused about my vacation time, I really don't know what to do with my days off. I wanted to go to Resaca, Georgia for a camp meeting with Bro. Sammy Allen. But I don't think that is going to happen, I have 10 days of vacation each year, but I don't know what to do with them. I am a workaholic, but I guess that is good, as long as doesn't interfere with my family or Jesus, like going to church. I have already asked for 5 days off in November for thanksgiving, but I also want to remodel my dining room. I can also get those 5 days paid, & just work straight thru. They pay me 8 HRS for each day. Any Suggestions. I like to travel , but we got no money to do so. I am thinking of getting paid those 40 hrs extra on one check, & taking that week of to work on my house. I need to fix my house that way my wife could invite people over for dinner. Any input on the situation. Laters.

i feel like i am in the same boat as you man. i have around 15 days of vacation time but i got nowhere to go and no money to spend. i have been wanting to go visit my friends in austin but the gas is to high for the SS. Havent been up there in a year. Used to regularly.
As far as suggestions. Remodeling sounds like a good idea. Wish I could help but i would probably be a hinder instead of a help. I know how much you love Sammy Alenns preaching to.

OH JUAN!!! Where did you get that photo? Kim and Mark had their wedding photo's taken there and they lived about five minutes from there. That is Broyhill Park and we walked it almost every day. Ask Kim to show you her wedding photos.
Go to Sammy's. You can work on the house a little each week.
Juan you made me homesick my house is only a five minute walk to this park. It is very pretty in the fall too. maybe you should take a vac. with us next year there. And I have told deedee if she needs any help in painting or stuff I know how to do we could get it done while you are at work she helped me get this place fixed up.

@ gramma I was looking for photos & learning how to mess w/my blog. I was looking for places to visit on vacation & I found this photo looks really nice, so I blogged it. I do want to go to Brother Allens' camp, but gas prices, yikes!!!!!!!. I will keep praying.
